mixed feelings about the stay

great locationstale breaddry chicken
the location was great. it was easy to walk to many places.
i had a really disappointing experience with the room service. i ordered a simple club sandwich, but it took over an hour to arrive. when it finally did. the bread was stale, and the chicken was dry. it was definitely not worth the wait or the price.

The junior suite was spacious. The wash room had practical function spaces.
I waited for my warm breakfast and coffee at the breakfast area. One hour passed, but they never arrived. Then, the hostess said in an AGGRESSIVE way, "but you had cold breakfast". The cold buffet selection was poor. There was no good cheese.
